Help Provide 700 Pairs of School Shoes

Written by: Blessed Generation

Each year, over 700 children across the three locations of Blessed Generation in Kenya start their school term with enthusiasm and hope. But many of them do so without proper school shoes—some even barefoot.

This year, we’re launching a heartfelt campaign to provide 700 pairs of quality school shoes for our children. Will you help?

Why School Shoes Matter

In Kenya, wearing a school uniform—including sturdy shoes—is mandatory for school attendance. But for many families, affording shoes is a luxury they cannot afford. Without proper footwear:

  • Children risk health issues from walking barefoot on rough terrain

  • They may face stigma or exclusion at school

  • It affects their confidence and dignity

A good pair of school shoes isn’t just practical—it’s empowering.

What Does It Cost?

With €15, we can provide a durable, well-fitting pair of school shoes to a child. That means:

  • €30 supports 2 children

  • €75 helps 5 children

  • €150 puts 10 children in shoes and on the path to opportunity

Every euro counts, and every pair matters.

Step In and Make a Difference

Whether you donate for one pair or fifty, your gift directly impacts a child’s life. These shoes will be purchased locally in Kenya, which also supports small businesses and strengthens the local economy.
